Et Tu, Bootay?

Dont panic, I said that this blog was going to be for lots of yummy recipes and I wasn't lying. BUT... I would like to take a short commercial break and share this workout with you because I swear by it. Get those buns burning, folks.

I'm always on the go. I'm only twenty, and you'd think I was a mother of three with all of the running around I do on a daily basis. When you're busy, it's much easier to let things slide, like working out. What have I learned in this busy life? It's not an excuse. Working out releases endorphins, which makes you happy. Working out makes me happy! So I make time for it everyday, no matter what. Now I know not all of us have three hours a day to go and "get big" at the gym, and that's okay. But do something! If you need a quick workout for your booty, here it is.

I found the thirty day squat challenge by accident one day. I started it for kicks and giggles, and holy moly was I impressed with my results. The first few days, you're going to want to quit, I promise. It kills. BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT. Push through it and perioidically (beginning, midway, and at the end), erm, "measure" your results. I have 100% confidence that you will be surprised. I was, and have been asked what I did. So here it is! FEEL THE BURN!
