This Week's Meal Plan

So remember what I said about planning? It's still super important! I sat down last night and planned out all of my meals for the week. I recorded ingredients that I needed, made a list, and went to the store today. I went to Wegman's, which I recommend that everyone try. It's the super-store of grocery stores. Heaven in the form of supermarkets. Here's a glimpse at just SOME of my fresh produce for the week:


On top of the pineapple, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, spaghetti squash, shallots, onions, zucchini, eggplant, asparagus, bananas, cucumbers, spinach, and spring mix pictured, there's still a bunch of stuff in my fridge. I bought some more fresh fruit (berries, grapes, oranges, etc), fresh herbs, carrots, green beans, potatoes... I spent most of my time in the produce section. I'm ready for another week of clean meals!
