I got up early to have a productive day today. I got some homework done, made myself a healthy egg white and avocado-salsa breakfast, and did some other things on my to-do list. I just got in from a 6 mile run (yes, folks, FINALLY outside), and needed something to rejuvenate. I made a smoothie for the first time, well, ever (WHAT?)
"The Orange Jillius"
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/2 orange (recipe called for clementines, but that's just what I had)
a few tbsp rolled oats
ice cubes
skim milk
Directions: Blend oats until fine. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
