Okay, so here I have created a 2 week breakfast/lunch meal plan for an average work week. I did it for my cousin who asked for it by request, and thought I would share it on here. These are easy meals to make yourself for an average work day, and some of them can be prepped ahead of time. They are relatively general and flexible so that you can change them to fit your taste buds. Hope this helps!
