A Quick Breakfast - Greek Omelets

Because of my schedule, I've typically been having a protein bar for "breakfast" during my classes. Then I do my workouts, come home and try to load up on some protein. My favorite thing to do is a daily spin on eggs; I pretty much whip out whatever I have in the fridge at the time and try it. I thought I'd share one of my most delicious creations here.

Ingredients: 
2 large eggs
diced green peppers
diced tomatoes
1 spoonful of feta cheese
last night's leftovers: grilled chicken 
generous drizzle of sriracha

Direction: Heat butter on medium heat and spread around pan to ensure whole area is covered. Whisk together 2 eggs in bowl, pour into pan. Cook on medium heat until eggs are no longer runny. Add in vegetables and cheese (fold if desired). Top with sriracha.
