Blood Orange, Pomegranate, and Mint Yogurt Bowl

Talk about simple and easy for breakfast! I wanted to share with you all a great new treat I made for breakfast a few weeks back; it's a good one to throw together in a rush at night for the next day. It has a really simple ingredient list, but packs a huge punch of flavor from them all. You could definitely pre-mix this if you wanted to, but I chose to bring all of the ingredients separately and assemble it right before I ate it. The choice is yours!

For those of you who are the traditional breakfast-ers, who maybe don't like stepping out of that breakfast comfort zone, I challenge you to do something different this week! Mix it up and try this.

// gluten free

ingredients:
1 container siggi's dairy vanilla skyr
pomegranate arils (I used about half from 1 small pomegranate)
fresh mint leaves
a few wedges of a navel or blood orange

Directions: combine all ingredients and enjoy :)
