Spicy Lime Chicken

Tonight's meal was another new combo of flavors I've never really used before. And it was quick and super easy which made it that much more appealing! I love spicy foods so I went a little heavy on the spices. You can tone them down a bit if you're sensitive to them! This specific recipe was for a large serving but I only cooked one chicken breast as I was just cooking for myself.

Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breasts
3-4 limes
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
olive oil
cumin
cayenne pepper
1/4 cup cilantro

Directions: Mince garlic, tear cilantro, and zest a lime. Juice the rest of the the limes and mix all together. Drizzle some olive oil into a pan. Cut the chicken into small chunks, and sauté them. Add the chicken and cook until nicely browned on the bottom. Sprinkle it "generously" with cumin and cayenne pepper. Once the white cook line has moved about halfway through the chicken, flip the pieces, letting them brown on the other side. Add the garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and lime zest mixture and allow to cook for a few more minutes. Try not to burn the garlic. Remove and sprinkle with more cilantro.
