So again, my obsession with buffalo anything will come as no surprise. If it has buffalo sauce on it, I will eat it. This was a perfect way to combine my buffalo obsession into a healthier snack. It was simple and soooooo good!
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
Batter:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
dash of your favorite hot sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dried onion
For Buffalo Sauce:
1/4 cup your favorite hot sauce
3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray and set aside. Prepare cauliflower by washing and cutting it into pieces with a variety of sauces. Mix together batter ingredients in a bowl, it will be thick. Dip each piece of cauliflower in the batter until fully and evenly coated. Place on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes until batter just hardens. In the meantime, mix together buffalo sauce ingredients in another small bowl. Once the cauliflower is done, remove from oven and brush with buffalo sauce. Fully and evenly coat each piece. Put back in oven and bake for additional 5-7 minutes, until sauce has mostly dried and cauliflower is crispy. Remove from oven, let cool, and dip in ranch! Enjoy!
