This side dish is always a hit at parties and cookouts. It is a super light summer salad, but not the typical pasta or lettuce salad. It brings together both fresh broccoli and coleslaw, two things that are summertime favorites. My mom made it this past weekend for a cookout and it was a crowd favorite!
Ingredients:
Fresh broccoli florets
Craisins
Bacon Bits
Kraft Coleslaw Dressing
Directions: Break up the broccoli florets into bite size pieces (if they are not already small enough). Do not cook them! Throw in craisins and bacon bits to taste. It is difficult to put a specific amount, as people prefer different things. At the end, add some of the coleslaw dressing. You can add more if you like it more saturated, or less if you prefer it a bit drier.
