Cherry Avocado Protein Smoothie Bowl

Who doesn't love a big, beautiful smoothie bowl? I find so much joy in crafting a delicious base and then topping it with pretty much everything in my cabinets/refrigerator. Sometimes, and only SOMETIMES, it's almost too tough to eat them because they're so pretty.

Who am I kidding? It's never too pretty to eat! One day last week I was low on calories after a pretty intense workout and I knew that I needed to have something else after dinner. I needed some more protein to meet my daily goal, so I decided to whip up a smoothie. I was also craving avocado, so I decided to try combining avocado with some of my other staple smoothie ingredients and IT WORKED! It's funny, I actually didn't really even notice that it had avocado in it when it was all mixed together. If there's any human out there (hello? anyone?) that doesn't like avocado, this would be a good way to sneak it into your diet and help to get those healthy fats!
