Biggest Loser Pancakes

This morning's breakfast was a healthier twist on pancakes. They were pretty good, and filling as well.

Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 cup dry rolled oats
1 cup cottage cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Spray a skillet or griddle with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Flip when bubbling. Repeat until batter is used, and reapply cooking spray as needed.
