Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Tonight I made dinner for the family again. We kind of threw it together last minute with whatever we had around the house. I found a great recipe for pork chops that we've never tried before and it was a hit --even with my dad.

Ingredients:
4 pork chops (calls for boneless, we used bone-in)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese (I freshly grated it)
2-3 tablespoons italian breadcrumbs
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper. Place on a plate. Dip pork chops in the mixture, making sure it sticks. Sear each side of pork chops in a pan with olive oil on medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side. Place pork chops in a dish and cook based on thickness. For 1 inch thickness, 300 degrees for 1 hour is good. For "regular" thickness, you can put it on 350 for 30 minutes.

Incase you're wondering what else was on my plate... The three of us (my mom, dad, and I) split a baked potato (stingy with starches), and then we sauteed some green beans and drizzled them with a little olive oil, vinegar, and garlic. Lastly, I chopped up a zucchini into sticks, drizzled it with balsamic vinegar and some onion powder, and threw it in the oven for about 20 minutes. For improvising, it came out pretty good!
